There’s no sales department here and no bot. You write, and I answer — the engineer who’ll be running your build. I’ll help you make sense of things even if you’re only thinking about building. Site visits are free.
Pick whatever is easiest for you. Messengers are usually the fastest — you can send a photo of the plot or a layout you’ve liked straight away. You’re dealing with me personally: no account managers, no call centre.
I’m based in the Kaliningrad Region: Kaliningrad, the Guryevsky and Zelenogradsky districts and the coast — and I visit plots free of charge. Behind me are more than 40 homes across Russia (I started out in the Moscow Region), so where it makes sense I take on projects in other regions too.
Just the essentials: your name, where it’s easiest to reach you and what you need. After that I’ll be in touch personally — no robocalls and no pushy sales staff. If you’re only weighing things up for now, that’s absolutely fine — I’ll still help you get your bearings.
